Is payment made in my local currency?

 

All payments are processed in USD. Your bank or payment provider may automatically convert the charge to your local currency based on their rates and fees.

When will my order ship?

 

We are currently accepting pre-orders. Orders placed today are expected to ship in 6–8 weeks once inventory arrives.

After the product is in stock:

 

• We process and ship orders the next business day from our warehouse in North Carolina.

• Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

How will I know when my order ships?

 

You’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier scans your package.

Can I edit my shipping address?

 

Yes — you can update your shipping address anytime through your Order Status / Details page.
